Subsidiary Boards

Fyne Homes Ltd is the parent compnay of the Fyne Group which compromises of three subsidiary companies; Fyne Futures, Fyne Initiatives and Fyne Energy. The governance arrangements of the Fyne Group must enable Fyne Homes to comply with all regulatory requirements as a Registered Social Landlord (RSL). Each of the subsidiaries structure was set up to ensure it is consistent with, and contributes, to Fyne Homes purpose and objectives.
