Established in 2005, Fyne Initiatives is the Group's commercial subsidiary and was established to support the delivery of Fyne Homes' wider objectives. It provides development related services, including management of commercial assets and provides support to housing activity. Through its commercial focus, Fyne Initiatives helps strengthen the Group's financial sustainability while reinvesting surpluses to support community benefit and housing delivery.
Fyne Initiatives is governed by a voluntary Board and supported operationally by Fyne Homes staff, ensuring strong oversight and alignment with the Group's woder social purpose.
