Many property owners are unsure how to begin assessing a property for  any maintenance works which may be required.

Fyne Homes, as Factor, will carry out inspections of common property to identify if any works are required but it is also helpful if you, as an owner, also carry out simple inspections. For example, do the gutters need cleared, are there any loose/unsafe roof tiles requiring attention.
