All of the information listed within our Publication Scheme Policy is available on our website (unless stated), and are completely free to access online. However, we understand that not everyone will have online acess and where this is the case you can contact us to view this at our offices (where this would be convenient)

If you would like the information provided in a format other than online, unfortunately we may have to charge a small fee to provide this. The fee will never exceed the cost of photocopying and postage, and we will inform you of the total cost before we forward this to you, advance payment of the charge will be required before providing the requested information.

Statement on charging for access to Environmental Information (EIRs)

The Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (EIRs) apply to RSLs and provide for a right of access to environmental information held by Fyne Homes.

The EIRs permit Fyne Homes to charge a fee to applicants for providing access to environmental information on request.  If Fyne Homes wishes to charge a fee for access to environmental information that it holds, it must publish the fees in advance of charging them.  

The purpose of this Statement is to set out Fyne Homes’ approach to charging fees and how the level of the fees will be determined for requests for access to environmental information in terms of the EIRs.
