Tracy has worked in the social housing sector since 2011, and prior to this worked in various customer service roles within the private sector including contact centre management, business improvement and partnership management.
The main aspect of Tracy’s current role as Housing Services Director relates to income and tenancy management and support, with the emphasis on support, particularly around welfare and tenant participation.
