This tenant group works with us to review our performance, provide feedback, and help identify ways we can improve services for tenants and communities.
Members will receive training from the Tenant Information Service (TIS), an independent organisation that supports tenants and communities to build their skills and confidence in tenant participation and scrutiny.
The group's first project will be to review our Tenant Participation Strategy and contribute to the development of a new Communications Strategy.
