During February and March, factored owners were interviewed for the 3 yearly satisfaction survey. These interviews were conducted by MI Housing Services Ltd, an independent company, on behalf of Fyne Homes.

This survey lets us know how we are performing…for you.

This includes:- the overall service you receive, keeping you informed about services and outcomes and your opportunities to participate in Fyne Homes decision making.
