Douglas was elected as a Management Committee member at the AGM in September 2025, he also serves on the Fyne Energy Board as a Director.
Douglas resides in Dunoon and has recently retired. He was previously a Senior Director of Highlands & Islands Enterprise; he holds a degree in land economics and is a qualified chartered surveyor. His background includes experience in property, economic development and public sector leadership across rural Scotland.
