Following on from consultation with tenants and overseen by Tenant Information Service (Scotland) the strategy was reviewed and no changes were made. .
Thanks goes to Sharon and the tenants for their time and input.

Comments are as follows:-
Layout –
looks good, but maybe think of breaking up large blocks of data with some pictures or artwork.
Satisfactory as it is, all in all very good layout
The layout is informative
Content –
Locally the play areas have been closed due to Covid/maintenance, and now the schools are off parents are asking why? So how about a report on future issues that might have an impact to tenants. i.e. planned Maintenance and possible knock-on effects
More activities in the community
It would be good to see more information on how our refugees are faring
Photos –
More photos
More photos would be good
Adequate – perhaps show more tenants & shop owners (pride in maintaining outside of properties)
Graphics –
More graphics.
Ok as it stands
Adequate
Quality –
I think it has to be of the best quality. It is Fyne Homes shop window, therefore should represent, the message that Fyne Homes wants to put across to not only tenants but to partier agencies
Quality is good as it stands.
Report looks professional. It depends how much costs are compared to newsletterT
This consultation is now closed. Thank you to all tenants that participated and responded.
Several members of the consultation group were contacted to review the policy and other tenants were invited to participate via social media and the website.
Given recent communications with tenants on the new rent structure and what the new rents would be for 2022 - 23 and having only one formal complaint submitted regarding this, it was anticipated that this consultation wouldn’t raise any issues or concerns that haven’t already been addressed.
Comments received were:-
“I have read the paperwork that you sent out and I am very happy with everything that was in it”
“Looks good to me”
