During February and March, tenants and factored owners will receive a satisfaction survey, conducted by an independent company on behalf of Fyne Homes.
This survey is your chance to let us know how we are performing…for you.
This includes:- the overall service you receive, keeping you informed about services and outcomes and your opportunities to participate in Fyne Homes decision making.
The feedback will allow Fyne Homes to look at the areas where we can improve.
