Management Committee

Fyne Homes Ltd is governed by a voluntary, unpaid Management Committee who agrees the Association's strategies and policies.  This Committee is made up of tenants, residents and people from the community who are committed to providing affordable homes for people in housing need. There are a maximum of 15 members who are elected by the membership at the Association's Annual General Meeting.

We recognise the importance of good governance to protect the interests of our tenants and residents as well as people we hope to help in the future.  The Association is registered with the Scottish Housing Regulator and we recognise our responsibility to meet the standards the Regulator expects.  Further information on the standards housing associations are expected to meet in regard to governance and financial management can be found at

Serving as a Committee member is both interesting and worthwhile. Training is available for Committee members and further information about what is involved is available from staff.
